Still the most affordable citizenship in the Caribbean
This October, Antigua and Barbuda Government announced extension of two offers for another year and launched a new citizenship by investment option.
First of all, they extended their limited offer of 50% discount off the non-refundable donation to the National Development Fund till 1 November 2019. A single applicant or a family of up to four will still need to contribute $100,000 to be eligible to apply for citizenship. All processing and due diligence fees remain unchanged.
Another extension applies to the Real Estate option where a joint investment is permitted from two related parties with each party contributing at least $200,000 (instead of standard $400,000). This 50% discount will be applicable till 1 November 2019.
The investment option created is the University of the West Indies (UWI) Education Fund and it became the fourth in the CBI programme of Antigua and Barbuda. The funds raised will be used to finance the University’s fourth campus.
